Finchampstead FC Foundation Secures Full Funding for Edgbarrow Project

Construction to Commence on June 16

The Finchampstead FC Foundation is proud to announce that it has successfully achieved its funding target for the Edgbarrow Project, a major milestone that will enhance the future of grassroots football in the region.

Following months of planning and fundraising, construction on the new Edgbarrow pitch facility will officially begin on 16th June 2025, with building work expected to take 6 to 8 weeks. This project marks a significant step forward in supporting youth development, community engagement, and sporting excellence in Finchampstead and surrounding areas.

To celebrate this exciting development, the Foundation will soon release aerial photographs of the current pitch site along with visual plans outlining the new pitch layout, giving supporters a glimpse of what’s to come.
